Building 'Bridges' with a visit to St. John's by HBS Biomed Students

On Tuesday, 3/3,  Ms. Randall and a group of her HBS Biomed students (accompanied by Ms. Lamarque & Mr. Santiago) traveled to St. John's University for continued participation in the new Biomed Bridge Program between our two schools. Paired with toxicology presentations from Dr. Ford (Director of Toxicology) & her PhD students, Loughlin students did an experiment in which they tested simulated urine samples for the presence of alcohol. They also worked with Dr. Carvalho (Director of Laboratories & Pharmacology) to perform a virtual dissection of the human respiratory system on the Anatomage Virtual Dissection Table. We thank Dr. Gregory-Fernandez for coordinating the day's activities, and we look forward to Visit #3!
