Continuing the Celebration
As we close out our historic celebration of 50 Years of Women at Loughlin, we proudly hosted several remarkable alumnae for our final Breakfast With on Thursday, May 15.
Our dynamic panel included Kim Cherry Burnett, Ph.D. ’87, Head of Social Impact and Community Engagement at Micron Technology in Washington, D.C.; Joslynn White ’04, Ph.D. student and instructor at Howard University; and Jendaya Workman ’14, Senior Hospital Care Investigator at NYC Health + Hospitals. Zenobia Philippe '14, entrepreneur and digital designer, also joined us.
These proud Loughlin women shared how their high school experience shaped who they are today, and how they’re each working to make a lasting impact in their fields and communities.
After the panel discussion with students, Ed Bolan '78, Principal, guided a tour for our visitors. During the tour, there were more than a few "I wish we had that when I was a student!" comments.
Special thanks to our panelists for sharing their time and talent with us.
