Four Lady Lions Make CHSAA Softball All-Star Team

The 2026 Lady Lions Varsity Softball Team had a season to remember. The team finished first in Tier 3 with an undefeated league record before capturing both the CHSAA Brooklyn/Queens Championship and the CHSAA City Championship—each a first in Loughlin history.

These historic accomplishments were the result of a true team effort. However, four standout players made an extraordinary impact throughout the season and were recognized by The Tablet as members of the 2026 CHSAA Softball All-Star Team.

Congratulations to senior co-captains Isabella Duverge, shortstop, and Isidora Fuentes, pitcher—both four-year varsity starters—as well as Leah Gethers, first baseman, and junior Hannah Morales, catcher, and a three-year varsity starter.
