Let's Hear It for the Band!

For the 44th consecutive year, the unstoppable Bishop Loughlin Band brought the hype to Mile 8 of the NYC Marathon, performing non-stop and lifting the spirits of thousands of runners as they powered through Brooklyn. Their sound, their energy, and their Loughlin pride lit up the streets!

A special roar goes out to Señora Sommers, our incredible Spanish teacher, who ran the marathon herself this year! Surrounded by cheers from Loughlin students, colleagues, and supporters, she crossed Mile 8 with determination and a smile that showed what true Loughlin spirit looks like.
