Loughlin Students Visit Goya Headquarters

Loughlin Students Visit Goya Headquarters

Joe Perez '70, Senior Vice President of Goya Foods, welcomed the four Perez Goya Loughlin Scholars on Wednesday, November 8th. President, Brother Dennis Cronin, FSC, and Vice President for Advancement, Andrew Leary also joined for the visit. Students learned about Goya Foods and also toured the massive warehouse located in Jersey City, NJ. Goya is the largest Hispanic owned food company in the United States.

Mr. Perez is a proud Loughlin graduate and has spent his entire career with Goya. Joe is directly responsible for their remarkable global expansion and works closely with CEO, Robert Unane. In addition to providing scholarship support, Mr. Perez and Goya Foods also make a significant product donation (canned and other foods) each year as part of the larger school canned food drive sponsored by Campus Ministry.
