Legacy Giving

Leaving a Legacy for Bishop Loughlin Memorial High School

A planned gift helps ensure that Bishop Loughlin will remain strong and financially secure into the future. It can also bring financial benefits to you and your family. Planned gifts play a vital role in sustaining and strengthening Bishop Loughlin's mission, and in nurturing the light within every student; today and for generations to come.

By including Bishop Loughlin  in your estate plans, you extend your impact beyond the present, helping ensure the school’s ability to serve future classes of students. Planned gifts may be made through a will or trust, by naming Bishop Loughlin as a beneficiary of a retirement account or life insurance policy, or through other legacy-giving arrangements.

Will

The simplest way to include Bishop Loughlin in your legacy is through your will or living trust — often just a single sentence added by your attorney. If you don't yet have a will, or need to update one, we offer a free tool through FreeWill that walks you through the process in about 20 minutes, at no cost and with no obligation.

Trust

A revocable living trust lets you direct exactly how your estate — including your support for Bishop Loughlin — is distributed, often with less delay and less cost to your family than a will alone. It's a flexible way to make sure the school that shaped you is provided for, on your terms, and our free planning tool can help you set one up as part of your full estate plan.

Gift Intent Form

Have you already included us in your will or trust? We would love to thank you for your generosity.

Beneficiaries tool:

Retirement accounts, life insurance policies, and similar assets typically pass outside your will, through a beneficiary form you file directly with the company that holds them. Naming Bishop Loughlin as a full or partial beneficiary takes just a few minutes and can be one of the easiest ways to leave a lasting gift — our free planning tool will walk you through it step by step.
